La Paz Fishing Trip July 2002 / DSC_0243 Back to Home 8/4/2002

My first catch of day 3.  And the only thing I caught.  This marlin was an easy land, requiring only 10 minutes.  We do not know the weight, but it was 8' 7" long.  We estimated 150 pounds.  The red on the deck is fish blood, which stained my clothes permanently.   Fish revenge.  Oh, did I mention the smell on the clothes the following day?
