Kathleen Jones and I took this trip with our devil dog "Bogart". These scanned negatives are just a small fraction of the overall shots taken on this trip. The trip consisted of a trek over the Virgin Mountains from Mesquite, NV, a visit to Totoweap Point, and Kanab Point overlooks. Later, we descended into the canyon proper from "Indian Camp". This was a day trip down to Deer Creek, then back up the north rim to camp. Later we went to Page, took a plane trip over Lake Powell and Monument Valley and then back to Page.
